WARRANTY

LANDSCAPE WARRANTY

Living and/or plant material installed is not covered under warranty. 

HARDSCAPE WARRANTY

Hulme’s Hardscaping provides warranties on all hardscape work.

Retaining Walls: 10 YEARS Hulme’s Hardscaping stands behind our labor and craftsmanship for 10 years. If you occur any problems over that time, we will inspect services performed and provide labor to repair problem areas. This warranty does not cover failures due to conditions outside the scope of the hardscape installation, to include but not limited to: Acts of God, improper use/care and damage caused by other contractors.

Paver Patios: 5 YEARS Hulme’s Hardscaping stands behind our labor and craftsmanship for 5 years. If you occur any problems over that time, we will inspect services performed and provide labor to repair problem areas. This warranty does not cover failures due to conditions outside the scope of the hardscape installation, to include but not limited to: vandalism, Acts of God, improper use/care and damage caused by other contractors.

LIFETIME: This part of the warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the products installed. Hulme’s Hardscaping provides no product warranty and consumers should check warranty specifications with manufacturers.

DRAINAGE WARRANTY

All materials and workmanship are guaranteed for one year from the date of installation. Drainage is not covered by warranty. Installation of drain tile or other work intended to alleviate drainage problems is subject to inherent uncertainty due to unknown soil and water conditions.

IRRIGATION WARRANTY 

Rotary sprinkler heads, pop-up sprinkler heads, controllers, valves, underground pipes, and fittings: Warranty provided by the manufacturer of the products installed. Hulme’s Hardscaping provides no product warranty and consumers should check warranty specifications with manufacturers. 

All irrigation systems installed by Hulme’s Hardscaping. are covered for a period of one year for faulty workmanship. This warranty covers any installation defects (such as connections, clamped pipes, and PVC glue) that should occur due to no fault of the customer. Warranty does not cover vandalism, Acts of God (flood, wind, snow, etc.), dry patches on lawn due to plant growth, and modifications or repairs done by anyone other than Hulme’s Hardscaping.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.ALL WARRANTIES WILL BE VOIDED IF SERVICES ARE NOT PAID IN FULL. 

2.A LATE FEE OF 5% OR $30 PER DAY WILL BE CHARGED ON ANY BALANCE UNPAID OVER SEVEN (7) DAYS. A SERVICE CHARGE OF $250.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY RETURNED CHECKS. IF YOUR ACCOUNT BECOMES EXCISSIVELY DELINQUENT, FUTHER LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. SHOULD IT BECOME NECESSARY TO TAKE ACTION TO COLLECT PAYMENT DUE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY ALL COSTS OF SUCH COLLECTION INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, COURT COLLECTION COSTS, AND/OR COLLECTING FEES (A MINIMUM OF $2,500.00).

3.IF ANY CONFLICTS EXISTS IN THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN TERMS WHICH ARE PRINTED AND THOSE WHICH ARE TYPED OR WRITTEN. THE TYPED OR WRITTEN TERMS SHALL GOVERN. HULME’S HARDSCAPING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD FUEL CHARGES AS NEEDED IF NECESSARY BASED ON FUEL PRICES.

4. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE WORK ON THE PROPERTY HAS BEGUN. HULME’S HARDSCAPING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RETAIN ALL OR PART OF THE DEPOSIT IF A JOB IS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 1 WEEK NOTICE.

5. ESTIMATES ARE ESTIMATES – PRICE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, ALL CHANGES WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH HOMEOWNER PRIOR TO BEING COMPLETED.

6. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE THE DAY THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED.
